STAKE at Pol'and'Rock Festival confirmed


Their music is loud, that's for sure. Loud enough for Pol'and'Rock Festival? We'll see! STAKE, from Belgium, joins 28. Pol'and'Rock Festival line-up!


Their music is a combination of post-rock and sludge metal. They were formerly known as Steak Number Eight (the name was changed in 2018) and play together for over a decade. They created five albums: When The Candle Dies Out..., All is Chaos, The Hutch, Kosmokoma and Critical Method.


They were still very young when they started selling out Belgium's biggest venues. Then the band played "every serious" rock festival in Europe such as Wacken Open Air, Hellfest, Pukkelpop, and Graspop. They began touring Europe supporting bands such as Mastodon, Dillinger Escape Plan, Prong, Alice Cooper, and Deftones, among others.

The 28th Pol'and'Rock Festival takes place on August 4-6, 2022 at the premises of the Czaplinek – Broczyno airport, ca. 7 km away from Czaplinek, in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Among the already revealed artists of the festival’s line-up this year there are Tagada Jones, Clutch, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Wolf Alice, and Kwiat Jabłoni. 28th Pol’and’Rock Festival will take a form of a massive peace manifestation with the main message: NO WAR. The event is open and free of charge.
