Get your accreditation for Pol'and'Rock Festival 2022
We have launched the accreditation process for journalists interested in working at the 28th Pol'and'Rock Festival, billed to take place at Czaplinek-Broczyno Airport between 4th-6th August 2022. We are waiting for your applications until 27th July 2022. You can apply via the GOCC Media Platform.
The accreditation process
We will be accepting online requests via the GOCC Media Platform only. Applying is not equivalent to receiving accreditation.
The conditions for granting the accreditation:
- approval of the request for accreditation by the Press Office;
- completing the payment of the accreditation fee.
The accreditation fee is PLN 250 net (PLN 307.50 gross) per one editorial team of two people. If you wish to sign up more people within one editorial team, there is an additional fee of PLN 125 net (PLN 153.75 gross) per one extra person. One editorial team may be represented by a maximum of four people (the rule does not apply to our partners and the media who received special written consent).
Once the accreditation is granted, the follow-up information regarding bank account details and invoicing will be sent directly via e-mail to the contact person indicated in the application form.
Accreditation timeline:
- 17th July 2022 - accreditation process starts
- 27th July 2022 - deadline for submitting the request for accreditation
- 28th July 2022 - deadline for the Press Office to announce the accreditation decisions; deadline for completing the payment of the accreditation fee
Press Office will not run the accreditation process during the Festival. Please note that any applications submitted after the deadline might not be considered.
It will not be possible to change any personal data on your press ID during the Festival, on-site.
Please make sure to enter valid and correct data into the database, esp. contact details, to ensure that our Press Office can get in touch with you.
The poll of journalists' passes is limited. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to grant the accreditation without specifying the reason.
Press IDs will be sent by courier by 29th July 2022 to everyone who completed the payment of the accreditation fee. It is also possible to arrange individual conditions for collecting the ID badge (e.g. personally, before the event). Please contact us to learn more.
Press ID badge with valid personal details allows accredited media staff to enter the Festival site.
By submitting your accreditation request, you accept the Rules and Regulations for Journalists at the 28th Pol'and'Rock Festival and all the other rules and regulations applicable at the 28th Pol'and'Rock Festival.
Practical information:
- Only accredited journalists and media staff can work at the site of the Festival.
- There is a designated workspace for the accredited journalists and media staff at the Festival. The Press Centre will be the point for the journalists to meet the Promoter. You will have access to the Internet, electricity, and snacks. You will find all necessary materials and festival updates as well as help in drafting press releases and in preparing interviews with musicians and guests at the Press Centre.
- Press Centre will be open from 2.08.2022 at 12:00 until 7.08.2022 (official ending at The Main Stage). The first press briefing at the festival site is scheduled for the 3rd of August 2022. Press conferences are also planned for the 4th-6th of August 2022.
- There is a designated parking space for media staff right next to the Press Centre. If you wish to enter the parking lot, please fill in the vehicle's details in your accreditation request. You need a special entry pass to enter the parking lot.
- Thanks to the SerwerSMS platform, the Promoter will send you the key notifications via a text message to the mobile phone number entered in the GOCC Media Platform.

The media who wish to cover the event, but cannot travel to be on-site, will have full access to the press kit with all the photographs ready for publishing. The media might also hold online interviews with the Festival's guests. Send the interview request to [email protected].
The 28th edition of Pol'and'Rock Festival, which used to be known as Woodstock Festival Poland, is billed to take place in Czaplinek-Broczyno Airport in West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland between the 4th-6th August 2022. Among the already revealed artists of the festival’s line-up this year there are Tagada Jones, Clutch, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Wolf Alice, and Kwiat Jabłoni. Among the announced guests of the Academy of the Finest of Arts there are i.a. Polish actor Marcin Dorociński, Krzysiek Sokołowski from the band Nocny Kochanek, and the creators of the film "Johnny" - a remembrance of Fr. Jan Kaczkowski (i.e. Dawid Ogrodnik, Maciej Kraszewski and Patryk Galewski). There will be numerous workshops and activities prepared by the NGOs. 28th Pol’and’Rock Festival will take a form of a massive peace manifestation with the main message: NO WAR. The event is open and free of charge.
