Rules & Regulations for Journalists accredited at Pol’and’Rock 2022, 2nd-7th August 2022 at Czaplinek-Broczyno Airport


Accreditation process

1. The permission to perform duties during the 28th Pol'and'Rock Festival (hereinafter "Festival") is reserved only for the media who received the accreditation in the accreditation process run by the Promoter via the GOCC Media Platform.

2. The Festival is organized by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw, Dominikańska 19c (KRS 0000030897). The accreditation fees are collected by Złoty Melon, which is a company owned by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation, with its registered office in Warsaw, Dominikańska 19c (KRS: 0000158131; NIP: 5213236491; registered in District Court of the capital city of Warsaw, with an initial capital of PLN 1.594.000) and the executive producer of the Festival.

3. The accreditation process is organized in accordance with the schedule and conditions presented at the GOCC Media Platfrom (http://media.wosp.org.pl/event?id=99).

4. The accreditation is paid for and the number of spots is limited. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to grant the accreditation without specifying the reason. The applicant cannot appeal against such a decision. 

5. In case of a failure to provide invalid data in the application form, the request might not be considered. If the data provided in the accreditation process turn to be invalid, the accreditation will be withheld.

Journalists' work rules and regulations

1. Journalists accredited to work at Pol’and’Rock Festival shall perform their professional duties at the site of the Festival in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws (incl. i.a. the Press Laws), moral norms, and journalist ethics. In particular, journalists are required to respect the right of the festivalgoers to refuse to participate in any publications and to obtain festivalgoers' permission to use their images in different publications.  


2. Journalists performing their duties at the Festival are required to adhere to all laws and regulations which have been introduced by the Promoter of the Festival listed at https://en.polandrockfestival.pl/, and the instructions issued by the Promoter. Journalists are required to wear their valid ID badges, and to present them upon the Promoter's request. Journalists are requested to keep their "MEDIA" badges visible. The "MEDIA" badge is the confirmation of the granted accreditation and proof that the person is authorised by the Promoter to perform their duties at the Festival. 

3. Failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations and the instructions issued by the Promoter is a breach of an agreement and results in a refusal to enter or expulsion from the Festival grounds without the possibility to collect the refund of the accreditation fee.

4. The Promoter organizes the Press Centre - a designated workspace for the accredited journalists and media staff. There is free access to the Internet and journalist workspace, snacks, all necessary materials and festival updates as well as assistance in drafting press releases and in preparing interviews with musicians and guests available at the Press Centre. 

5. Accredited journalists will not be able us their ID badge to grant entry to the Press Centre to any third persons. Badges are personalized, cannot be shared, and are valid only for persons to whom they were granted.

6. "MEDIA" IDs and accreditation badges do not allow to enter the areas designated as Promoter's areas (i.e backstage, artist’s zones, stage, the area behind the Main Stage). The permission to enter the Promoter's zone may be granted and is possible only when accompanied by the representative of the Press Centre Staff.   

7. Accredited journalists are requested to notify the Promoter's security services about any disagreements or conflicts arising during the concerts.   

Final provisions

1. The administrator of the personal data of the accredited journalists is Fundacja Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy. Data will be processed for granting the accreditation, for allowing the entrence and performance of duties during the Festival. 

2. These Rules and Regulations as well as the Information Clause will be available at the GOCC Media Platform at http://media.wosp.org.pl/ and at the official Pol'and'Rock Festival website at https://en.polandrockfestival.pl/.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the Rules and Regulations and commits to publishing the amendments at the GOCC Media Platform at http://media.wosp.org.pl/ and at the official Pol'and'Rock Festival website at https://en.polandrockfestival.pl/.

The 28th edition of Pol'and'Rock Festival, which used to be known as Woodstock Festival Poland, is billed to take place in Czaplinek-Broczyno Airport in West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland between the 4th-6th August 2022. Among the already revealed artists of the festival’s line-up this year there are Tagada Jones, Clutch, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Wolf Alice, and Kwiat Jabłoni. Among the announced guests of the Academy of the Finest of Arts there are i.a. Polish actor Marcin Dorociński, Krzysiek Sokołowski from the band Nocny Kochanek, and the creators of the film "Johnny" - a remembrance of Fr. Jan Kaczkowski (i.e. Dawid Ogrodnik, Maciej Kraszewski and Patryk Galewski). There will be numerous workshops and activities prepared by the NGOs. 28th Pol’and’Rock Festival will take a form of a massive peace manifestation with the main message: NO WAR. The event is open and free of charge.
