King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard will not play at Pol'and'Rock Festival

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard are one of those bands both you and us were particularly looking forward to seeing at Pol'and'Rock Festival. Therefore, we are all the more saddened to hear that due to health issues - the aggravation of a serious chronic illness that Stu, the vocalist, suffers from - the band had to cancel their European tour, including the performance at the Most Beautiful Festival in the World.

One day is not enough time to find a worthy replacement, so instead, we will extend the stage time of Skindred, a band that joined our line-up quite recently to the delight of the festivalgoers who still remember their earlier performances at Pol'and'Rock Festival.

The last day of the Most Beautiful Festival in the World is still ahead of us, and so are many special moments with you - the Most Beautiful Audience in the World.

The 28th edition of Pol'and'Rock Festival, which used to be known as Woodstock Festival Poland, is billed to take place in Czaplinek-Broczyno Airport in West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland between the 4th-6th August 2022. Among the artists of the line-up this year there are i.a. Tagada Jones, Clutch, Wolf Alice, and Kwiat Jabłoni. Among the announced guests of the Academy of the Finest of Arts there are i.a. Polish actor Marcin Dorociński, Krzysiek Sokołowski from the band Nocny Kochanek, and the creators of the film "Johnny" - a remembrance of Fr. Jan Kaczkowski (i.e. Dawid Ogrodnik, Maciej Kraszewski and Patryk Galewski). There will be numerous workshops and activities prepared by the NGOs. 28th Pol’and’Rock Festival will take a form of a massive peace manifestation with the main message: NO WAR. The event is open and free of charge.
