Zalewski will grace the Main Stage of Pol'and'Rock Festival
Krzysztof Zalewski is back on the Main Stage of the Most Beautiful Festival of the World luring the audience into the universe of exceptional tunes!
Zalewski on stage is a pure definition of a smokin' one-man show. He is gifted with an uncommon charisma and electrifying energy, casting music spells on the audience who willingly accepts his invitation to dance and have fun!
Zalewski released his debut album with the signature sounds of harsh, raw rock soon after he won the "Idol" music competition in 2004. He played with Nosowska (Hey) and Brodka, performed with Muchy and Japoto, and even starred in a movie. Armed with new experiences, he launched his second release "Zelig" which turned out to be a key to the world of alt-music.
Yet another breakthrough in his career took place in 2016, just after he released probably his most personal album "Złoto" [Eng. "Gold"]. Zalewski showed up wearing a different hat, experimenting with much more subtle, organic sounds and a more direct message in his pieces. This new image was widely appreciated by his fans across Poland.
The doors to the most prestigious projects in the Polish music market opened. Cooperation proposals and invitations to film productions intertwined with the successes of his superb tours and of his new album of 2020 - "Zabawa" [Eng. "Fun"].
Performing "Początek" [Eng. "The Beginning"], he became an icon of Męskie Granie, in 2017 he took up the challenge from Jarocin Festival and passed the test with flying colours releasing "Zalewski śpiewa Niemena" [Eng. "Zalewski sings Niemen"]. He starred in a movie telling a story about the life of Kalina Jędrusik "Bo we mnie jest seks" [Eng. "Autumn Girls"], and came back to the lead (along with Bedoes and Kwiat Jabłoni) Męskie Granie Orkiestra in the summer of 2022, scoring another anthem of the event "Jest tylko teraz".
Zalewski had his Pol'and'Rock debut in 2018 performing on the Second Stage, only to be back a year later and give a show in front of a much wider audience during the 25th edition of the Festival. His music was also warming the GOCC Foundation's volunteers during the January Grand Finale fundraisers. Now, after a few year break, we will see him again gracing the Main Stage of Pol'and'Rock Festival 2023 at former Czaplinek-Broczyno Airfield. Sounds like fun, right?!
29th Pol'and'Rock Festival
29th Most Beautiful Festival in the World will be held between 3-5 August 2023 at the former Czaplinek-Broczyno Airfield. Czaplinek is located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland, between the Drawsko and Czaplino Lakes, ca. 125 km from Szczecin. The first announced stars of this year's Most Beautiful Festival in the World are While She Sleeps, Apollo 440, Spin Doctors, Biohazard, Carpenter Brut, Brodka, Napalm Death and DRAIN.
