A Voice That Purifies and Renews — Marek Dyjak to Perform at the Second Stage of the 29th Pol'and'Rock Festival!

Are you ready for a musical experience that changes the way you perceive the world? Join us at the Second Stage, where Marek Dyjak — an artist with a unique, heavy voice — will take you on a fascinating journey full of poignant art, purifying the spirit, and cheerful, life-celebrating songs.

Marek Dyjak's voice? Bronze-like, broad, and heavy as if the Sigismund Bell had him as its patron. All of it is complemented by an intriguing, heavy hoarseness. Something like the bubbling of infernal sulfur in a rock-crushing mill. Additionally, it always resounds at boiling temperatures. Perfect for singing dramatic songs.

Recently, positive changes have occurred in Marek Dyjak's private life. As a result, the artist offers the audience a New Dyjak, who will enrich his image with cheerful songs, contemplating the good aspects of human life as well. This will be a somewhat contrasting undertaking compared to the singer's previous achievements, but with great benefit to the viewers. Dyjak can be trusted, as besides his talent for singing and charisma, he also has the ability to choose the appropriate repertoire, and in this respect, he has never been wrong.

Marek Dyjak calls himself a barroom musician. To fans, he is the Polish Tom Waits. The most genuine voice in the Polish music market — this is how music critic and singing teacher Elżbieta Zapendowska assesses him. Dyjak is Dyjak — say friends; a guy who lived on the edge, drank on the edge until he reached the end of the road. He felt that way too. Not everyone likes Dyjak's way of being; although he hasn't been drinking for years and fights addiction, he still remains true to himself — and that's the essence of his phenomenon, which attracts connoisseurs of good music. Marek has always preferred to walk his own path, not always easy but guided by himself, not giving his career into someone else's hands. Some see in this an artistic pose — the cursed, solitary, and individualistic Dyjak. With a powerful voice, he sings equally powerful songs, in which — as the fans themselves say — there is blood, bile, and tears.
