Get your accreditation for Pol'and'Rock Festival 2023


The GOCC Press Team is waiting for the applications until 22 July 2023. The accreditation process for journalists interested in working at the 29th Pol'and'Rock Festival, billed to take place at Czaplinek-Broczyno Airport between 3-5 August 2023 is open. You can apply via the GOCC Media Platform.

The accreditation process

We will be accepting online submissions via the GOCC Media Platform only. Applying is not equivalent to receiving accreditation. 

The conditions for granting the accreditation:

• approval of the request for accreditation by the GOCC Press Team;
• completing the payment of the accreditation fee.

The accreditation fee is PLN 250 net (PLN 307.50 gross) per one editorial team of two people. If you wish to sign up more people within one editorial team, there is an additional fee of PLN 125 net (PLN 153.75 gross) per one extra person. One editorial team may be represented by a maximum of four people (the rule does not apply to our partners and the media who received a prior written consent).  

Once the accreditation is granted, the follow-up information regarding bank account details and invoicing will be sent directly via e-mail to the contact person indicated in the application form.

Accreditation timeline:

• 11 - 22 July 2023 - time for submitting requests
• 23 July 2023 - deadline for the Press Office to grant the accreditations; deadline for journalists' completing the payment of the accreditation fee.

The GOCC Press Office will not run the accreditation process during the Festival. Please note that any applications submitted after the deadline might not be considered. 

It will not be possible to change any personal data on your MEDIA badges during the Festival, on-site. 

Please make sure to enter valid and correct data into the database, esp. contact details, your address, and invoice details, to ensure that the GOCC Press Office can get in touch with you.

The pool of journalists' passes is limited. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to grant the accreditation without specifying the reason. 

“MEDIA” badges for everyone who was granted the accreditation and paid the accreditation fee will be sent by courier by 27 July 2023 to the press team's address indicated in the GOCC Media Base. It is also possible to arrange individual conditions for collecting the "MEDIA" badge (e.g. personally, before the event). Please contact us to learn more.

By submitting your accreditation request, you accept the Rules and Regulations for Journalists at the 29th Pol'and'Rock Festival and all the other rules and regulations applicable at the 29th Pol'and'Rock Festival. 

Practical information:

• Only accredited journalists and media staff can work at the site of the Festival.  
• The Promoter organizes the Press Centre - a designated workspace for the accredited journalists and media staff, offering: all necessary materials and festival updates; free access to the Internet and journalist workspace, the assistance in drafting press releases and in preparing interviews with musicians and guests; snacks and drinks. The Press Centre will be the point for the journalists to meet the Promoter. 
• Press Centre will be open from 1 August 2023 at 12:00 until 6 August 2023 (until the official ending ceremony at the Main Stage). The first press briefing at the festival site is scheduled for 1 August 2023. Press conferences are also planned for the 3, 4 and 5 August 2023. 
• There is a designated parking space for media staff right next to the Press Centre. If you wish to enter the car park, please fill in the vehicle's details in your accreditation request. You need a special entry pass to enter the car park.
• Thanks to the SerwerSMS platform, the Promoter will send you the key notifications via a text message to the mobile phone number entered in the GOCC Media Platform.

29th Most Beautiful Festival in the World will be held between 3-5 August 2023 at the former Czaplinek-Broczyno Airfield. Czaplinek is located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland, between the Drawsko and Czaplino Lakes, ca. 125 km from Szczecin. The Pol'and'Rock Festival is a free, unticketed event. The first announced stars of this year's Most Beautiful Festival in the World are Apollo 440, Spin Doctors, Biohazard, Carpenter Brut, Brodka, Napalm Death, DRAIN, While She Sleeps, Zalewski, Saint City Orchestra, Bullet for My Valentine, Royal Republic, Get The Shot, LemON, Rise Of The Northstar and Hoffmaestro, among others.
