Emergency vehicle for paediatric hospital in Warsaw

A few months ago we took up the challenge set by our friends from TVN Foundation

Last September we have taken up a sporting challenge set by our friends from the TVN station. We have been working closely with them as the main broadcaster of our annual telethon and public charitable collection and we had to come against them in a charitable football match. The stakes were high - we were playing to finance the purchase of a modern, fully equipped emergency vehicle for a major Warsaw paediatric hospital.

The proceeds from the sale of the tickets for the game as well as money raised via text messages during the game were used to buy a modern emergency vehicle for Memorial Children's Hospital. The ambulance is the most modern vehicle owned by the hospital, by far, - it is equipped to ensure that the patients arrive at the hospital quickly and can receive all necessary treatment on board of the ambulance. The emergency vehicle can also be used to drive the smallest patients, providing safe transport for babies weighing less than one kilo. The ambulance can also be used to transport incubators - without endangering the vulnerable patients.
