The GOCC Foundation invites journalists to apply for media accreditation for the events held during the 32nd Grand Finale in Warsaw.
Media during the 32nd Grand Finale - key information
- The media may perform their work within the main TV studio premises, from where the event of the 32nd Grand Finale is broadcast live, and within the concert grounds - at PGE Narodowy meadows - only if they received a permission granted by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation in the accreditation procedure held via the GOCC Media Platform.
- The media working within the TV studio premises and concert grounds have access to the areas signposted by the Organizer only.
Accreditation procedure
The Organizer holds two accreditation procedures for the events related to the 32nd Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in Warsaw:
- press conference before the 32nd Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (January, 26, at 12:00 PM CET, TV Studio of the GOCC Grand Finale)
- the event of the 32nd Grand Finale held at the TV studio premises and the main concert grounds in Warsaw (January, 28; studio, concerts, press conferences)
The GOCC Press Team is waiting for the applications until January, 25, 2024 (6:00 p.m. CET). Please note that any applications submitted after the deadline might not be considered.
Accreditation procedure - key information
- Applications will be accepted only at the GOCC Media Platform. In order to apply, it is necessary to create an account and wait for the account to be verified and accepted by the GOCC Press Team. Once the account is created, one may submit an application in a chosen accreditation procedure.
- Submitting an application is not equivalent to receiving accreditation for the event.
- Receiving the accreditation for one event is not equivalent to receiving the accreditation for any other event. Applications for each event are considered individually.
- There are no accreditation fees. The process is free of charge.
- The pool of journalists' passes is limited. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to grant the accreditation without specifying the reason.
- Please make sure to enter valid and correct data into the database, esp. phone number, and the address to which the GOCC Press Team will send the personal “MEDIA” passes (allowing access to the TV studio and concert grounds).
By submitting your accreditation request, you accept the Rules and Regulations for Journalists during the 32nd Grand Finale.
Additional information
- The personal “MEDIA” passes (allowing access to the TV studio and concert grounds) will be sent by courier to journalists who submitted their application until January, 22 at 12:00 p.m. CET, to the address provided by the journalist on the GOCC Media Platform (passes will be sent on January, 23 at the latest). For journalists who submitted their applications later (after January, 22), the conditions for collecting the pass will be arranged individually.
- Please, do not publish the photographs of the “MEDIA” passes.
- On January, 25, the Organizer will e-mail the details reg. work organization for the media during the 32nd Grand Finale in Warsaw to the e-mail IDs provided on the GOCC Media Platform.
- Thanks to the SerwerSMS platform, the Organizer will send you the key notifications via a text message to the mobile phone numbers provided on the GOCC Media Platform.
- Upon your first visit to the TV studio, please visit the Accreditation Point at the Press Centre to collect the PR package.
- The accredited media will have access to the Press Centre - a designated space for the accredited media representatives and a meeting point for the media and the Organizer. At the Press Centre, the media will be offered the access to: all necessary materials and updates reg. the Grand Finale; free access to the Internet and workspace; the assistance in drafting press releases and in preparing interviews with guests and musicians; snacks and drinks. The Press Centre will be open on January, 28, between 08:00-00:00 CET.
- On the day of the Grand Finale - January, 28 - there will be two press conferences organized at the Press Centre (at ca. 2:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.). There is a special slot for the photographers is planned around 9:00 a.m.
- Please note: For the conference before the 32nd GOCC Grand Finale (January, 26 at 12:00 p.m.), TV stations are recommended to use the signal from the broadcast vehicle - please call +48 695 870 029 or e-mail us at media@wosp.org.pl by January, 25.
- It is forbidden to use wireless systems in the TV studio and concert area of the 32nd Grand Finale without a prior consent from the Organizer. In order to obtain a permission, please contact us at media@wosp.org.pl by January, 25.
