Guano Apes' great come back at Pol'and'Rock

Legendary music, unforgettable songs, and incredible energy - all of this will once again grace the Main Stage at the Pol'and'Rock Festival! Guano Apes return to the Most Beautiful Festival in the world after 15 years since their unforgettable performance in 2009.

Guano Apes are not just a band, they are a legend of the rock scene. Formed in 1994 in Göttingen, the quartet, which consists of singer Sandra Nasic, guitarist Henning Rümenapp, bassist Stefan Ude, and drummer Dennis Poschwatta, quickly captured the hearts of fans with their unique sound that combines metal, pop, and rap.

The success of the two singles “Open Your Eyes” and “Lords” also made the legendary “Proud Like A God” one of the most successful debut albums ever, with millions of copies sold. It lasted over a year in the charts, and received the IFPI award from the World Federation of the Phonographic Industry.

Three number-one albums and several international tours have taken their toll and led to a break of several years in the 2000s. But the Apes have come back from this break much more relaxed, a bit poppier and, above all, with their old strength.

After more than two years of pandemic-related hiatus, the band is excited and eager to return to the stage, where they feel the closest connection to their fans.

The 30th Pol'and'Rock Festival

Formerly known as Woodstock Festival Poland, Pol'and'Rock Festival is, above all, a great musical adventure, during which the ideals of the original Woodstock’69 are brought back to life. The festival, held in Poland since 1995, will send, for the 30th time, the sounds of Peace, Love, and Music to the ether!

The festival goers will meet again at the former Czaplinek-Broczyno Airfield to cherish the values of freedom, brotherhood, and rock'n'roll (but not only!) between 1-3 August 2024, during the jubilee edition of the Most Beautiful Festival in the World. Among the artists who have already confirmed their performance are CelKilt, Electric Callboy, Motionless in White, Kasia Kowalska, Less Than Jake, The Warning,  Myrath, Clawfinger, and Sick Of It All.
