Adrian Sherwood takes over the Second Stage!

The master of dub and music production, Adrian Sherwood, joins the lineup of the 30th edition of the Most Beautiful Festival in the World!

Adrian Sherwood, a British DJ and music producer born in 1958, is an incredibly influential and innovative figure on the British reggae scene. His label, On-U Sound, is known for creating a distinctive blend of dub, rock, and dance music from various cultures, which has captivated both the roots world and mainstream pop. Sherwood played a key role in merging the post-punk and reggae scenes, producing works for bands like Slits and The Fall, who gained recognition for Sherwood's dub-infused style.

Sherwood continued his musical experiments over the years, collaborating with reggae legends like Lee "Scratch" Perry and artists from completely different genres, such as Nine Inch Nails. His solo albums, such as "Never Trust a Hippy" and "Becoming a Cliché", reflect his independence and creativity in crafting a unique dub sound.

Adrian Sherwood has pushed the boundaries of musical genres, exploring reggae, post-punk, industrial, and bass music. His name is associated with groundbreaking productions, both in mainstream and more experimental music circles. Sherwood remains a central figure as a producer, curator, and creator, continuing his sound explorations and collaborating with diverse artists. His performance at the 30th Pol'and'Rock Festival will be an opportunity to experience a fascinating fusion of genres and artistic inspirations!

30th Pol'and'Rock Festival

Formerly known as Woodstock Festival Poland, Pol'and'Rock Festival is, above all, a great musical adventure, during which the ideals of the original Woodstock’69 are brought back to life. The festival, held in Poland since 1995, will send, for the 30th time, the sounds of Peace, Love, and Music to the ether!

We will meet again at the former Czaplinek-Broczyno Airfield to cherish the values of freedom, brotherhood, and rock'n'roll (but not only!) between 1-3 August 2024, during the jubilee edition of the Most Beautiful Festival in the World. Among the artists who have already confirmed their performance are CelKilt, Electric Callboy, Motionless in White, Kasia Kowalska, The Warning, Less Than Jake, Myrath, Clawfinger, Sick Of It All, Flapjack, T.Love, Flogging Molly, Enej, MEUTE, Modestep, Guano Apes, Orkiestra Dorosłych Dzieci, Paktofonika Live Band, Mery Spolsky, Zenek Kupatasa, Coma, Transgresja, Krzysztof Sokołowski and Rotting Christ.
