The line-up of the Second Stage is powered up by Psy Wojny – a Polish punk-rock band established in March 1985.
The main founder and the leader of the group is the singer – Tomasz “Falon” Jaworski. Wiesław Królikowski, Polish music journalist names Psy Wojny “the most common punk band, perhaps far more authentic than many others”.
Current band members are:

- Grzegorz Gregor Wrzodak – percussion
- Marek Sunaj – guitar
- Roman Junior Podolec – guitar
The 28th Pol'and'Rock Festival takes place on August 4-6, 2022 at the premises of the Czaplinek – Broczyno airport, ca. 7 km away from Czaplinek, in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Among the already revealed artists of the festival’s line-up this year there are Tagada Jones, Clutch, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Wolf Alice, and Kwiat Jabłoni. 28th Pol’and’Rock Festival will take a form of a massive peace manifestation with the main message: NO WAR. The event is open and free of charge.
