Limp Bizkit confirmed for Pol'and'Rock Festival 2022

A band which defined the entire genre of music - it became a voice for a generation, expressing their frustration, anger, and disappointment with the status quo. Limp Bizkit will take the Main Stage at this year's edition of Pol'and'Rock Festival.

The band was formed in 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida. Fred Durst, who is the lead vocalist of the band, and the establishing member of the group, drew inspiration from hip-hop and punk rock culture of the time. He came up with a formula for the band which was to combine elements of rock and rap music, most often described as nu-metal or rap-rock by the critics. Durst's aggressive vocal delivery suits both hip-hop and metal. Combined with Wes Borland's innovative approach to creating music and his extravagant stage appearance, which includes body paint, masks and elaborate costumes, Limp Bizkit locked in on a formula for success.

Their first release came out in 1997. The band's mainstream success came after the release of their sophomore album, 'Significant Others' in 1999. Limp Bizkit solidified their position as the leading player on the rap-rock scene with their third album, 'Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Water'. The band was on its way to becoming the voice of a generation, releasing five studio albums and selling an estimated 40 million copies worldwide.

This year we hoped for an opportunity to showcase Limp Bizkit at the Most Beautiful Festival in the World, and we are delighted that the band will be opening our festival line-up announcements for the 2021 edition of Pol'and'Rock Festival.

The 28th edition of Pol'and'Rock Festival, which used to be known as Woodstock Festival Poland is billed to take place in Czaplinek-Broczyno Airport in West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland from 4-6.08.2022.

Among the already revealed artists of the festival’s line-up this year there are Tagada Jones, Clutch, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Wolf Alice, and Kwiat Jabłoni. 28th Pol’and’Rock Festival will take a form of a massive peace manifestation with the main message: NO WAR. The event is open and free of charge.
