It’s about time! The 3rd round of the Golden Spinning Top Competition begins. Only 6 bands (3 from the Main Stage and 3 from the Second Stage) are left fighting for your votes! Time to choose favourites and give them a chance to perform again at Pol’and’Rock Festival!
The Pol’and’Rock Festival enthusiasts in the first two stages of the Golden Spinning Top cast as many as 28,466 votes. Today opens the 3rd stage of the competition with only 6 bands left.
Main Stage

- Strachy na Lachy - 2835 votes
- Jinjer - 2162 votes
Second Stage
- Pull The Wire - 3735 votes
- Transgresja - 3638 votes
- Transgresja - 3638 votes
Every person may cast only one vote during one stage of the competition. It means that once the round is over and another one begins, everyone gets the chance to vote again on one of the remaining bands in each category (Main and Second Stage). One may either vote for the same artists or select different bands.
The Golden Spinning Top is the Pol’and’Rock Festival’s Audience Award – a brass statuette granted to the artists of the last festival’s edition who got the highest number of votes in the competition. All the bands, from Poland and abroad, who played the Pol’and’Rock Festival's latest edition take part in the competition, regardless of whether they performed on the Main or Second Stage.
- Round I starts on 6 October – all bands (21 from the Main Stage and 18 from the Second Stage)
- Round II starts on 6 February – half of the bands with the most votes (10 from the Main Stage and 9 from the Second Stage)
- Round III starts on 8 May – six bands with the most votes (3 from the Main Stage and 3 from the Second Stage)
- Final Round – announcement of the Golden Spinning Top Winners from the Main and Second Stage on 19 June!
The Golden Spinning Top Award was first presented after the very first edition of the Festival in 1995. Since 1996, the Golden Spinning Top is awarded to the winner during the next edition of the Festival (if the circumstances allow). It gives an artist a chance to perform again at the Most Beautiful Festival in the World!
