We have launched the accreditation process for journalists interested in working at the festival, which this year will take place in a specially designed TV studio in Warsaw.
Key facts about the work of journalists at Pol'and'Rock Festival Online
- Journalists who want to work at the festival studio in Warsaw require a valid accreditation issued by the Organizer. All representatives of the media should use out Media Base to apply for accreditation for the event.
- In order to comply with all the precautions regarding COVID-19 regulations, we require everybody present at the event to comply with mandatory temperature checks and other precautions such as social distancing rules and other advice.
- Representatives of the media can work at the TV studio only and pre-appointed time slots and locations within the studio.
Accreditation process timeline
We are running two accreditation processes:
- press conference before the festival (29.07.2020)
- the festival itself, including concerts, meetings with AFA guests, other events and activities (30.07-1.08.2020)
Accreditation timeline:
- 17.07.2020 accreditation process starts
- 22.07.2020 accredtitation process closes
- 23-24.07 accreditation requests are analysed
We are unable to accept accreditation request via e-mail or phone. We are also unable to run the accreditation process during the festival, on site.
Please make sure to choose one of the time slots when filling up your accreditation form. You can choose multiple time slots, however, because there is limited number of time slots at our disposal, we might have to modify your selection. Time slots are necessary to meet audience limits at all times.
Practical information about the studio
- TV studio is located just outside Warsaw, we will forward exact address once your request for accreditation has been approved.
- We cannot guarantee parking spots on-site, but we can provide you with discount codes for UBER rides.
- Your accreditations will be delivered to you by July 29th.
- You will have the access to Press Centre - with free and unlimited access to the Internet and other facilities.
- You will have access to press materials, inclusing photos.
- Press Centre will be open through the festival.
