For over thirty years, the GOCC Foundation has been making every effort to ensure that this festival is safe for everyone. Supported by qualified professionals, we take special care to ensure that everyone returns home healthy and happy.
Such a huge event as the 31st Pol'and'Rock Festival requires special preparation and good cooperation between services. Volunteers, medical services, police and fire brigades – they all work together to ensure that everyone who comes to Czaplinek-Broczyno feels safe and secure.
The Integrated Command Centre – the hub for coordinating activities
Cooperation between all services and volunteers is managed by the Integrated Command Centre. They monitor everything that happens on the festival grounds – nothing escapes their attention. This is all thanks to an advanced monitoring system – cameras cover almost the entire festival area. Combined with information provided by volunteers working in the field, the ICC team is able to respond quickly to any situation, if necessary.

Medical Patrol ready for every situation
During the 31st Pol'and'Rock Festival, 191 medics are on duty. Staff includes people with CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) qualifications, paramedics, doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants.
Festivalgoers meet them both in the field, where they will be moving around in ambulances and quads, as well as at each of the four medical points within the festival grounds.
Medical Points at the 31st Pol'and'Rock Festival are located at:
- At the main entrance to the festival grounds, right behind the sunflowers.
- At the AFA workshops area, next to the Second Stage.
- At the shopping centre next to the West Pomerania Zone.
- At the Allegro Wheel.

The festival grounds feature a field hospital equipped with X-ray and ultrasound machines, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors and ECG machines, a treatment table, a critical parameter analyzer, defibrillators, and an automated chest compression system.
This year, Medical Patrol will be looking after the festivalgoers' safety for a total of 124 duty hours – until Sunday.

Peace Patrol ensures safety at the festival grounds
Throughout the festival, volunteers also ensure safety and peace. The Peace Patrol monitors what is happening among the people on the event site. They answer questions asked by festivalgoers, guide them to the right places if someone gets lost, and call for help whenever necessary. The Festival organisers encourage everyone to ask volunteers for support and to inform them of any hazards they have noticed. The entire PP team is trained in first aid, so they are the right people in the right place.
But safety goes beyond visiting a medical centre or the readiness of emergency services. The GOCC Foundation also cares about the youngest visitors. In several different locations on the festival grounds, parents or guardians can pick up white wristbands for children and write their contact number on them. Wristbands are available at each of the four Medical Points, in the CPR for Schools tent and at the Child Safe Zone.
