Pol'and'Rock Festival, scheduled to take place on 29th - 31st July 2021, has been moved to a new location. Pol'and'Rock Festival, formerly known as Woodstock Festival Poland, is a household name in Poland and Germany. The free music festival has attracted an audience of nearly 700 000 people from Poland and worldwide. Health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic caused the organizers to look for new solutions and motivated the search for a new location for the annual event. The 27th edition of Pol'and'Rock Festival will take place at the Makowice Airfield, in the municipality of Płoty located in West Pomeranian Voivodeship.
Mere weeks ago, we were sure that we all meet in Kostrzyn nad Odrą for the 27th edition of Pol'and'Rock Festival. We would have worked at the Festival development as usual, but unfortunately, the pandemic in Poland is still in full force. Loath to cancel Pol'and'Rock Festival and unwilling to move it to the Internet, we embarked on a journey to find a new location for our event. We wanted to find a place that would allow us to enforce all health and safety procedures. We narrowed down our list to four locations, and the last one - disused Makowice Airfield- proved to be just what we were looking for. We are looking forward to experiencing the Festival under the open skies, but we are more than aware that the pandemic reality requires us to be cautious. We will do our best to ensure the safety of our guests. We are working full time on the new format of our Festival. We are in touch with artists, but we cannot be sure how and when our line-up will change and how it will grow. We are more than sure that we will meet again, and on Thursday, July the 29th, we will launch the 27th edition of the Most Beautiful Festival in the World!
