On 4 April 2023, the GOCC Foundation held the first Open Tender this year. This time, the equipment was purchased i.a. to support the children's eye medicine. Devices for nearly PLN 17,058,238.40 will be delivered to 75 facilities in 56 cities.
The 65th Open Tender held on 4 April 2023 was the first one this year and was aimed at purchasing equipment for children's eye medicine and at choosing the device for biplane angiocardiography.
The Open Tender focused on 4 types of equipment: a device for biplane angiocardiography, synoptophores, and the equipment for the Simulation Centre for Ophthalmology which will be established at the Children's Memorial Health Institute to help the doctors hone their skills.

The Board of the GOCC Foundation is considering the offers together with experts in the field - practising doctors who use similar devices on day to day basis and know best what are the necessary features of a given device.

After a few hour-long negotiations, the GOCC Foundation purchased 120 devices for 75 facilities in 56 cities in the whole country:
- Device for biplane angiocardiography (1 pc) - SIEMENS
- Handheld autorefractor (68 pcs) - POLYMED
- Synoptophore (50 pcs) - Medical Partner
- Equipment for the Simulation Centre for Ophthalmology (1 pc) - ABJ-VISION
Devices worth PLN 17,58,238.40 were purchased from the funds raised during the 30th Grand Finale.
The next, 66th, Open Tender will be held in May. It will be the first Open Tender dedicated to the fight against sepsis.
