"Get Even with Diabetes Run" is not only sport, but also a support for those, who fight with diabetes. It takes place both in Warsaw and virtually. Runners in Warsaw already collected their medals, but it is still possible to join virtually.

“Get Even with Diabetes Run” is one of the most recognizable initiatives, related to The Grand Finale of The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. It has been connecting the passion for running with a charitable cause for years. This year, the run had it traditional, stationary form in Warsaw and a virtual one, which is joinable from every part of the world.
Run in Warsaw's heart.
All participants collected their starter kits with a T-shirt, starting number, tube scarf and a mousse, all prepared by the Dawtona company. Every runner also received a special limited edition of tomato juices in a unique packaging designed by Jurek Owsiak. After collecting their running gear, the runners warmed up together with Ola Owsiak and her team, cheered by the Ritmo Bloco band during the run. When around 8,000 participants ran 5 km, they all received a commemorative medal at the finish line.
Taking part in the run is not only a great form of physical activity. It also supports a noble cause of purchasing insulin pumps.
The Ministry of Sports and Tourism took honorary patronage over this year’s run.

Run in every corner of Poland and the world
Anyone from all around the world can participate in the virtual edition of the run and support the GOCC Foundation at the same time. It is still possible to sign up for the virtual run, which is still ongoing.
